homebuyer education classes
Homebuyer education class, sponsored by Washington State Housing Finance Commission, is a great first step in your homebuying journey — and it’s required for anyone using home loans or down payment assistance through the Commission. In this free, instructor-led five-hour class, you’ll learn every step of the homebuying process and explore loan and down payment programs designed to help bridge financial gaps. By completion of the class, you’ll receive a Certificate that gives you access to the available programs. As a Real Estate Professional, I partnered with Senior Loan Officer, Melanie Rowe, to bring these seminars to the communities of Puget Sound. Sign up for a class near you!
